Hours Of Operation

Little Friends Family Childcare is open Tuesday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.  We are closed on the following holidays: 

• New Years Day
• Memorial Day
• July 4th
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• the day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Day

Admission Policies

All admission forms must be returned completely filled out before a child enters care.  All forms are subject to yearly renewal and must be kept up to date.

Trial Period

A two-week trial period is necessary before your child begins permanent care.  Payment during the trial period will be weekly, payable in advance on the first day of care for the week.  At the end of the trial period a determination will be made about providing permanent care.

A deposit equal to one week of child care will be collected before your child is permanently enrolled.  This deposit is fully refundable upon termination of care as long as a written, 30 day advanced notice is given.

Payment must be paid in advance on the date agreed upon in the Child Care Contract.

There is a $10 per day fee for late payments.  If payment has not been received within five days after payment is due child care will be terminated and your deposit forfeited. 

Your child must be picked up by 5:30PM.  Late pickup of your child will result in a $1 per minute fee after 5:30PM.

Parents will be given two weeks of vacation per calendar year in which no fees will be paid.  I require that parents give a two week advance notice of a vacation or other absence when their child will not be attending.  Failure to do so will result in being charged a full days fee for each scheduled day missed.
